Each Educational Program includes teaching basic and clinical disciplines. For this reason, teaching laboratories of basic disciplines are operating at university such as: Anatomy Room equipped with the latest anatomical models and phantoms, Biochemical Teaching Laboratory, Research Laboratory of Neuroscience and Applied Physiology- where students are able to conduct experiments on animals. In addition, students have an opportunity to participate in various kinds of experiments, carried out in Ivane Beritashvili “Life Science Center”.

Modern infrastructure and technology contribute to creating perfect environment both for professors and students. Practical classes in clinical disciplines are conducted in leading Georgian clinics and Medical Institutions, thus enabling successful students to be employed in the future. Caucasus International University on the faculty of medicine was founded Anatomical Theater and Clinical Skills Center. It was equipped with the latest medical simulators and other educational models manufacture by the international Corporation “3B Scientific”. The latter represents the world leader company in the manufacturing of anatomical and medical – biological patterns (Hamburg, Germany). Medical simulators imitate the clinical data acquired from actual patients, which makes the process very real. Clinical skills center aims to give efficient and up-o-date education in clinical and practical skills to future doctors. Through this Center, students of faculty of Medicine have an opportunity to get practice in nursing care, pediatrics, neonatology, obstetrics and gynecology, resuscitation medicine, internal medicine and surgery. Clinical skills CENTER of CIU plays an important role in the up-growing of high-profile medical doctors.

                                      

Within the framework of Dentistry Program, Rooms for Phantom Studies and University Dental Clinic are operating at university, which enable students to have direct contact with patients from an early stage of studying. Teaching at the faculty is carried out in accordance with international standards. The University provides all the conditions for gaining qualitative knowledge and leading an interesting student life. Academic courses are conducted by highly-qualified academic staff and visiting professors. This university attracts more and more foreign university entrants and students. Currently, more than 700 CIU medical students are the citizens of various countries, such as: France, Poland, Portugal, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Iran, Iraq, Turkey, Syria, Morocco, Nigeria, Egypt, India, Israel and Great Britain. 2. One cycle program in Dentistry  5 years courses =4500/year
3. Post graduate program in International marketing = 3500 USD/year
4. Undergraduate program in Business Administration 4 year = 3500 USD/year
5. Bachelor’s degree program of Pharmacy  4 year = 4000 USD
6. Bachelor’s Degree program of Physical medicine and rehabilitation 4 year = 4000 USD/year

Admission Procedure 

Scanned copies of valid passport ( valid at least for 2 years ) and copy 12th grade or equivalent school certificate and or intermediate certificate (if qualifies) with 60 % marks in Biology and chemistry (medical subjects)- to be forwarded to us through our valid E-mail address. The Documents received from student are first translated into Georgian language, verified by Georgian Notary and then special forms are filled to be submitted in the Ministry  and Ministry approval fees are to be paid (Ministry approval fees vary from 40 to 120 GEL(50 USD) depending on the document processing speed. We normally choose faster and high price option. Some of the Universities in Georgia process such formalities by themselves but in most of the cases, we provide such services ourselves. Over all cost for documentation process including translations is around 250 USD ( exclude couroer charges) which you need to pay in advance

State Universities in Georgia would require proof of English knowledge- which can be language certificate of specific type depending on the choice of the program.  Admission for medical studies would require student to send us all documents enumerated above and in addition to that original copy of Power of Attorney (dispatched by post or courier) with the content provided by us. University may also offer online test to be filled in to prove proficiency of language.

Hostel Accomodation 

CIU offers its own student well equipped accommodation with all the facilities.

Students have all conditions for comfort: heating, cooling, TV, Internet, bathroom,Kitchen, security, chef, students will have 3 times meal a day. Efficient Internet connection. This is a special service we offer in our Hostel, students are able to use internet for study and fun purpose anytime.

All inclusive rent  250 USD / Year  with 12 months agreement . Room adjustment 4 in one

Financial Statement:

Financial Statement can be two types: one type is extract from personal account of a student showing sufficiency of funds normally up to 5000USD and more required + affidavit from one of the parents stating origin of the funds and consent to be used for his/her child education purposes+ birth certificate showing name of the parent which is not required if parents name is on the last page of passport  OR The extract from personal accounts of one of the parents showing sufficiency of funds normally up to 5500 USD required + affidavit from one of the parents stating origin of the funds and consent to be used for his/her child education purposes+ birth certificate showing name of the parent which is not required if parents name is on the last page of passport)

Other Documents

a) Insurance (health certificate) shall be included for the total validity period of visa- We shall also recommend you insurance company in the process of admission

b. Ticket reservation ,c. Passport copies (first and last Page), d. 8 Photos (passport size 3× ertificate of grades (notary verified or apostle copies)

• NEET clearance certificate – for Indian students only .Once all documents for visa processing are prepared , visa application shall be filled in and all required documents (electronic versions attached), shall be forwarded to us along with Visa invitation fees to process documents further at Foreign office in Georgia. This procedure can be done by the University itself or by our representatives in Georgia.

VISA SUPPORT

Visa support will be arranged by us and time to time to your relative/ parents to visit you in Georgia. Applicants from India and Africa need valid visa support from Georgian Universities and those living in Middle East with valid long term stay permits have easy visa procedures. Applicants from Middle East/ Dubai will get entry visa on arrival in Georgia and Stay permit in Georgia will be provided by University authorities after initial approvals.Applicants from Europe, Australia, USA and Russia, do not need any visa invitations.

 Residents of Gulf countries

For the students arriving in Georgia for educational purposes with residency of Gulf counties or with appropriate visa which allows them entry, following documents shall be provided:

A. Admission Documents from University (as stated above)

B. Accommodation Letter

C. Funds (cash money can be shown at the border)

D. Insurance valid for total stay (guidelines will follow)
